Chocolate Fudge Bars

Chocolate Fudge Slice: Yum
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup plain flour
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
185g butter
½ tsp vanilla
Chocolate Icing
1 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
30g butter
1 ½ tbsp hot water
coconut
METHOD:
1. Sift dry ingredients in bowl, add melted butter and vanilla, mix well
2. Press mixture over base of greased 28cm x 18cm lamington tin.
3. Bake in moderate oven for 20minutes, cool in tin.
4. When cold, ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut
5. Cut into bars

6. Sift icing sugar and cocoa into small bowl, add melted butter and water. Mix well until smooth and glossy
